- BCN 2012/01 - Notice of Adoption of National Instrument 25-101 Designated Rating Organizations
This notice announces the adoption of National Instrument 25-101 Designated Rating Organizations and consequential amendments. The instrument establishes a regime for regulating credit rating organizations that wish to have their credit ratings eligible for use in Canadian securities legislation. Subject to obtaining required ministerial approvals, the instrument and related documents will come into force on April 20, 2012.
