The Commission is publishing advance notice on the proposed adoption of amendments to National Instrument 21-101 Marketplace Operations, National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules, related companion policies and forms, and consequential amendments to Multilateral Instruments 11-102 Passport System. The amendments are scheduled to be effective July 1, 2012.
