- BCN 2012/09 - Mutual Fund Modernization - Notice of Adoption of Amendments to Mutual Fund Rules
This notice announces the adoption of amendments to National Instrument 81-102 Mutual Funds, National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure and related consequential amendments. These amendments will be effective April 30, 2012, except for the the replacement of the definition of "money market fund" in section 1.1 and the addition of section 2.18 in National Instrument 81-102 Mutual Funds which will come into force on October 31, 2012.
