  • BCN 2012/17 - Notice of Commission Recognition Orders for TSX Venture Exchange the Canadian Depository for Securities Limited and Related Instruments

    This notice announces that the BCSC has confirmed the recognition of TSX Venture Exchange Inc as an exchange, has recognized CDS Clearing and Depository Services Inc. and Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation as clearing agencies, and has confirmed the exempt ion from recognition of  TSX Inc. The BCSC is issuing the orders having considered the application by Maple Group Acquisition Corp oration  in connection with its acquisition of TMX Group Inc. and other entities.

  • CSA Staff Notice 31-331 - Follow-up to Broker-Dealer Registration in the Exempt Market Dealer

    This CSA Notice is a follow-up to CSA Staff Notice 31-327 - Broker-Dealer Registration in the Exempt Market Dealer Category published on September 2, 2011. The purpose of this CSA Staff Notice 31-331 is to introduce an Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) Concept Paper published as IIROC Notice 12-0217.
