  • MI 51-105 - Adoption of Multilateral Instrument 51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets

    Effective July 31, 2012, the Commission and other Canadian Securities Administrators, except Ontario, are adopting Multilateral Instrument 51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets, its companion policy, and consequential amendments.

    Effective July 31, 2012, the Commission is repealing BC Instrument 51-509 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets (BCI 51-501), its companion policy, and the Executive Director is rescinding the forms relating to BCI 51-509.

  • BCN 2012/18 - Adoption of BC Instrument 51-511 Exemptions from Multilateral Instrument 51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets

    This notice announces that the Commission is adopting BC Instrument 51-511 Exemptions from Multilateral Instrument 51-105 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets. The order is effective July 31, 2012.
