    The notice republishes for comment proposed National Instrument 51-103 Ongoing Governance and Disclosure Requirements for Venture Issuers, related forms, and other proposed amendments. The proposed rule and amendments are intended to tailor and streamline the disclosure and governance requirements that apply to venture issuers to focus on matters of significance to venture issuer investors. The comment period ends on December 12, 2012.
