- CSA Staff Notice 43-308 - Professional Associations under NI 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects
This notice is revised effective February 21, 2013 and confirms that Engineers Australia and Engineers New Zealand, professional designation of CPEng, meet the definitions of "professional association" and "qualified person" in National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects.
