  • 41-101 - Amendments to National Instrument 41-101 General Prospectus Requirements, National Instrument 44-101 Short Form Prospectus Distributions, National Instrument 44-102 Shelf Distributions and National Instrument 44-103 Post-Receipt Pricing and Changes to its Companion Policies, National Policy 41-201 Income Trusts and Other Indirect Offerings and National Policy 47-201 Trading Securities Using the Internet and Other Electronic Means

    The rule amendments and policy changes will come into force on August 13, 2013 subject to obtaining ministerial approval.

     
  • 41-101 - Implementation of a New Tailored Prospectus Form for Scholarship Plans - Adoption of new Form 41-101F3 Information Required in a Scholarship Plan Prospectus and related amendments to National Instrument 41-101 General Prospectus Requirements and Companion Policy 41-101CP

The new form and amendments come into force on May 31, 2013.

  • 25-101 - Adoption of Consequential Amendments to Registration, Prospectus and Continuous Disclosure Rules Related to National Instrument 25-101 Designated Rating Organizations

    The amendments come into force on May 31, 2013.
