BCN 2013/05 - Notice of Commission Variation Order for Alpha Exchange Inc. and Alpha Trading Systems L.P.

The BC Securities Commission is varying its order exempting Alpha Exchange Inc. and Alpha Trading Systems L.P. from the requirement to be recognized as an exchange.

81-101 - Implementation of Stage 2 of Point of Sale Disclosure for Mutual Funds – Delivery of Fund Facts - Notice of Amendments to National Instrument 81-101 Mutual Fund Prospectus Disclosure, the Fund Facts Form, its Companion Policy and Consequential Amendments

The coming into force of the amendments will be phased in beginning on September 1, 2013 subject to obtaining ministerial approval.
