81-106 - CSA Notice of Amendments to National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure including Form 81-106F1 Contents of Annual and Interim Management Report of Fund Performance, Companion Policy 81-106CP Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure and related Amendments

The CSA is providing advance notice that it expects amendments to require investment funds to use IFRS will come into force on January 1, 2014.
31-510 - BC Instrument 31-510 Exemption for Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada Members from Obligation to Provide Relationship Disclosure to Existing Clients

This CSA Staff Notice announces that all CSA members have issued parallel orders that provide a limited extension of previously issued interim relief to firms that are members of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada from the requirement in section 14.2(1) of National Instrument 31-103 Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant Obligations to provide relationship disclosure information to their clients that were clients of the firms before March 26, 2013.
