The Commission has adopted, effective January 1, 2014, amendments to National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure, Form 81-106F1 Contents of Annual and Interim Management Report of Fund Performance, its companion policy and related amendments. The purpose of the amendments is to accommodate the transition of financial reporting for investment funds to International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS).
