- NI 45-106 - Notice of Publication and Request for Comment - Proposed Amendments to National Instrument 45-106 Prospectus and Registration Exemptions relating to the Short-term Debt Prospectus Exemption and Proposed Securitized Products Amendments
The Canadian Securities Administrators are publishing for comment proposed amendments to the short-term debt prospectus exemption in National Instrument 45-106 Prospectus and Registration Exemptions. The proposed amendments introduce new requirements for prospectus-exempt distributions of commercial paper and asset-backed commercial paper.
The comment period expires April 23, 2014.
