  • This notice announces the revocation of BCI 54-501 Exemptions to Part 3.3 of National Instrument 54-101 Communication with Beneficial Owners of Securities of a Reporting Issuer, effective February 9, 2005.

  • BCN 2005/10 - National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations Definition of venture issuer
  • This BC Notice advises that BC Instrument 51-507 Venture issuers traded on certain foreign markets has been revised to delete the references to the Regulated Unofficial Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Unofficial Regulated Market of the Berlin-Bremen Stock Exchange. As discussed in the BC Notice and Revised CSA Staff Notice 51-311 Frequently asked questions regarding National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations, issuers whose securities trade on this market are still venture issuers for the purposes of NI 51-102. BCI 51-507 has also been amended to add the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange (AIM). As a result, issuers with securities quoted on AIM will be treated as venture issuers for the purposes of NI 51-102.

  • In this advance notice, the Canadian Securities Administrators announce the expected implementation of amendments to and restatement of National Instrument 55-101 Insider Reporting Exemptions, and its related companion policy , effective April 30, 2005.
