This BC Notice advises that BC Instrument 51-507 Venture issuers traded on certain foreign markets has been revised to delete the references to the Regulated Unofficial Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Unofficial Regulated Market of the Berlin-Bremen Stock Exchange. As discussed in the BC Notice and Revised CSA Staff Notice 51-311 Frequently asked questions regarding National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations, issuers whose securities trade on this market are still venture issuers for the purposes of NI 51-102. As a result, issuers with securities quoted on AIM will be treated as venture issuers for the purposes of NI 51-102.
