- BC Notice 2005/13 - Notice and Request for Comment - Approval of MFDA Investor Protection Corporation
The BCSC and other CSA jurisdictions has published for comment an application from the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada and the MFDA Investor Protection Corporation for approval of the Investor Protection Corporation as a compensation fund. Comments received on or before March 28, 2005 will be considered.
