This notice provides advance notice that the Commission and the other members of the Canadian Securities Administrators, expect to adopt National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure effective June 1, 2005 and to make a number of relate consequential amendments to other national instruments, policies, rules and forms. NI 81-106 establishes a harmonized national continuous disclosure regime for all investment funds and introduces a requirement for investment funds to provide a narrative management report of fund performance. The financial statement requirements in NI 81-106 will apply to financial years ending on or after June 30, 2005.
