This notice announces the adoption of NI 51-102 and NI 71-102, together with amendments to the Securities Rules, NI 44-101, NI 61-102 and NI 62-103, effective March 30, 2004. The notice also sets out the adoption of BCI 51-801 which implements NI 51-102, and amendments to, or revocation of, various other instruments as a result of the implementation of NI 51-102.
