This notice announces that the Commission and other members of the Canadian Securities Administrators will adopt Multilateral Instrument 33-109 on February 21, 2003 and Multilateral Instrument 31-102 on March 31, 2003. Multilateral Instrument 33-109 mandates the information that must be submitted when applying for registration and the information that must be submitted to maintain a person's registration. Multilateral Instrument 31-102 mandates the use of the National Registration Database electronic filing system to submit some of the registration information required by Multilateral Instrument 33-109.
