- BC Notice 2005/23 - Commission Policy on Electronic Documents and Timely Hearings
In this notice, the commission makes two policy announcements. First, the commission expects parties to hearings to provide documents in electronic form as well as in paper form. Second, the commission aims to start most hearings within three months of the set date hearing. Parties may apply to be excused from providing electronic documents, or may make submissions as to why a longer period is appropriate.

This notice announces the publication for comment of an application to amend the recognition order of the TSX Venture Exchange. Comments received on or before June 21, 2005 will be considered.
