This notice announces the adoption of NI 81-106, Form 81-106F1 and Companion Policy 81-106CP, together with amendments to the Securities Rules, NI 13-101, NI 51-102, NI 52-107, NI 81-101, Form 81-101F1, Form 81-101F2 and 81-101CP, NI 81-102 and 81-102CP, NI 81-104 and 81-104CP, effective June 1, 2005. The notice also sets out the adoption of BCI 81-801 which implements NI 81-106, and amendments to, or the revocation of, various other local instruments as a result of the implementation of NI 81-106.
This notice announces the publication for comment of proposed Multilateral Instrument 11-101 Principal Regulator System, its related form and companion policy and proposed consequential amendments to some national policies and instruments. The purpose of the proposed instrument and amendments is to implement, in certain areas of securities regulation, a system that gives market participants access to the capital markets in multiple jurisdictions by dealing with its principal regulator. All comments received by July 27, 2005 will be considered.
This notice announces the publication for comment of Multilateral Instrument 52-109 Certification of Disclosure in Issuers Annual and Interim Filings and new BC Instrument 51-801 Implementing National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations. All comments received by July 27, 2005 will be considered.
This BC Notice, together with the attached CSA Notice, announces the publication for a second comment period of proposed NI 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds. The BC Notice also sets out a number of additional questions about alternative approaches to an independent review committee and other issues that the Commission would like commenters to consider.
