- BC Instrument 81-507 - Exemption from prospectus delivery requirement for pre-authorized purchase plans
This Notice announces that the Commission is implementing BC Instrument 81-507. This BCI gives an exemption to dealers from the requirement to deliver an annual renewal prospectus to participants in pre-authorized mutual fund purchase plans. The dealer must ensure that certain conditions are met.
