This notice announces the discontinuation of the Weekly Summary.
BC Notice 2003/46 - Direct Access for BC registered dealers to The NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc.

This notice announces that the Commission has adopted a proposal to give NASD affiliates of BC dealers, based in BC, direct access to the trading facilities of NASDAQ US. As a result of certain comments received, a number of changes (described in the notice) have been made since the proposal was published for comment on June 20, 2003.
