This BCN advises that the Commission has made BC Instrument 55-503 to provide exemptions from the electronic filing of insider reports and related insider and issuer information during the suspension of the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI). Further information is contained in CSA Notice 55-305.

  • CSA Staff Notice 43-303 - Revised Frequently Asked Questions - National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects

    This CSA Staff Notice publishes a revised list of frequently asked questions to help the mining industry and the public understand new standards of disclosure for mining projects. The standards are contained in NI 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, which became effective February 1, 2001.

  • BC Notice 2002/10 - Status of Multilateral Instrument 45-103 Capital Raising Exemptions

    This BCN announces that the Alberta Securities Commission has published for comment proposed amendments to the offering memorandum exemption in Multilateral Instrument 45-103 Capital Raising Exemptions. The ASC has requested comments on their proposal by March 11, 2002. The BCSC is not proposing the amendments considered by the ASC. The BCSC and the ASC have targeted March 31, 2002 for implementation of MI 45-103.

  • BC Notice 2002/11 - Recognition of Market Regulation Services Inc. Notice of Approval

    This BCN announces that the Commission has recognized Market Regulation Services Inc. (RS Inc.) as a self-regulatory organization under the Act. RS Inc. will operate as a regulation services provider under the Alternative Trading System rules and will administer and enforce trading rules for the marketplaces that retain its services, including the Canadian Venture Exchange Inc.
