Proposed Multilateral Instrument 52-111 Reporting on Internal Control over Financial Reporting(the Internal Control Rule)
The CSA has extended the comment period for Proposed Multilateral Instrument 52-111 to June 30, 2005. The Commission has proposed not to adopt the rule and BCSC comments are contained in BCN 2005/08.
