BC Notice 2002/30 - Notice of Policy under the Securities Act
National Policy 51-201 Disclosure Standards and rescission of National Policy 40 Timely Disclosure- National Policy 51-201 - Disclosure Standards
This Notice announces that the Commission, together with the other CSA members, is implementing National Policy 51-201 Disclosure Standards and rescinding National Policy 40 Timely Disclosure. This policy addresses selective disclosure by companies.
- CSA Notice of Amendments to National Policy 12-201 - Mutual Reliance Review System for Exemptive Relief Applications (the System)
This Notice announces that the Commission, together with other members of the CSA, have amended NP 12-201 to:
- allow for e-mail communication between regulators and filers,
- shorten the decision-making period for opting into a decision, and
- clarify the pre-filing discussion procedure
The notice describes these and other minor changes to NP 12-201, which are effective July 15, 2002.
