This notice requests comments on the application of TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (formerly Canadian Venture Exchange Inc.) to revise its recognition order to reflect: its name change; the reorganization and name change of TSX Inc. (formerly The Toronto Stock Exchange); and the arrangements by which TSX Venture has retained Market Regulation Services Inc. to provide certain regulation functions.
