BC Notice 2002/33 - Advance Notice of Adoption of Multilateral Instrument 81-104 Commodity Pools This notice gives advance notice that the Commission expects to make National Instrument 81-104 Commodity Pools and adopt Companion Policy 81-104, effective November 1, 2002, if all necessary government approvals are obtained. Commodity pools are a specialized type of mutual fund that invest in commodities or derivatives. The instrument will establish specialized rules for these funds.
