  • Revised CSA Staff Notice 55-310 - Questions and Answers on the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI)

    This revised CSA Staff Notice publishes a list of questions and answers (QAs) to help insiders and issuers file and search information on the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI), the CSA's electronic insider reporting system. As announced in BCN 2005/39, effective August 20, 2005 the CSA is removing the option for insiders to file their insider profiles on a conditional basis. We revised the QAs to reflect this change, and to otherwise update it.
