    This CSA notice announces the withdrawal of a number of outdated CSA instruments. In British Columbia, these withdrawn instruments can still be found in the Securities Law and Policy - Historical Policies and Instruments section of our website.

  • BC Notice 2006/02 -Request for Comment on Proposed National Instrument 24-101 Institutional Trade Matching and Settlement, and Proposed Companion Policy 24-101CP to National Instrument 24-101 Institutional Trade Matching and Settlement

    This notice announces the republication for comment of proposed National Instrument 24-101 Institutional Trade Matching and Settlement and the related forms and policy. Among other things, they require market participants to match institutional trades by end of trade day. Faster and more effective institutional trade matching is a critical step in preparing Canada for straight through processing and a T+1 settlement cycle.
