  • CSA Notice 44-303 - Filing of Notice of Intention to be Qualified to File a Short Form Prospectus Under National Instrument 44-101 Short Form Prospectus Distributions

This CSA notice identifies issuers who have been grandfathered into the short form system and those that have filed a notice of Intent to be Qualified. As well as providing clarification of the process for SEDAR filing the Notice of Intent to be Qualified to file a Short Form Prospectus under NI 44-101.

  • BC Notice 2006/03 -Securities Law Advisory Committee

    This notice announces the appointment of two new members and re-appointment of two existing members of the Securities Law Advisory Committee for a term of three years starting April 1, 2006.

This notice announces the re-appointment of seven members of the Securities Policy Advisory Committee for a term of two years starting on April 1, 2006. This extends the members' initial term to the usual three years under the committee's terms of reference.
