• CSA Staff Notice 43-306  - Technical reports filed for prospectus offerings

The CSA is publishing a Staff Notice to inform industry participants about changes in administrative practices related to the filing of technical reports and related material with preliminary prospectuses. In particular, the Staff Notice indicates that, starting July 1, 2006, CSA members will make technical reports filed with preliminary prospectuses public on SEDAR at the same time they make the preliminary prospectus public.
