CSA Notice 21-304 - Request for Filing of Form 21-101F5 for Information Processor by Interested Information Processors
This notice reminds interested parties of the process for applying, and sets out the process and criteria to become an information processor. It also provides information on the current status of information processors for debt and equity securities.
BC Notice 2006/17 -Request for Comment Proposed Amendments to National Instrument 21‑101 Marketplace Operation and Companion Policy 21-101CP and National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules and Companion Policy 23‑101CP
This notice announces the publication for comment of proposed amendments to clarify alternative trading system rules to among other things, deal with the impending expiry of current exemptions from transparency requirements for government debt securities and from electronic audit trail requirements. The comment period expires on October 12, 2006.
