- BC Notice 2006/25 - Request for Comment - Proposed Rescission of National Policy 48 Future-Oriented Financial Information and Proposed Amendments to National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations and Related Consequential Amendments
The CSA is publishing for comment proposed amendments to NI 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations relating to forward-looking information, together with other related consequential amendments. The notice also announces that the CSA plans to rescind NP 48 Future-Oriented Financial Information when these amendments come into force.

- Notice of Non-Objection: MFDA Calculation of Risk Adjusted Capital (Rules 3.2.2, 3.2.5, and Form 1) - The BCSC and the other recognizing regulators have approved or not objected to amendments to MFDA Rule 3.2 and the General Notes and Definitions of the MFDA Financial Questionnaire and Report (Form 1). The amendments change the formula to be used by MFDA members to calculate risk adjusted capital.
