- CSA Staff Notice 51-309 - National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities - Acceptance of Certain Foreign Professional Boards as a "Professional Organization"
This staff notice updates and replaces the information in CSA Staff Notice 51-309 originally dated January 19, 2004 and updated June 8, 2004 and October 4, 2004. It advises that, as of March 1, 2007, the United Kingdom's Energy Institute has been added to the list of accepted professional organizations for the purposes of National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities. It also advises that, on March 1, 2007, the CSA revoked an earlier MRRS Decision Document dated June 8, 2004 and accepted the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) as a "professional organization" under NI 51-101, but only for Certified Petroleum Geologists within the AAPG's Division of Professional Affairs. - National Instrument 81-104 - Commodity Pools
The November 2006 publication incorrectly indicated that section 8.6 was still in force. Section 8.6 was repealed in September 2005 and the publication has been corrected. - BC Notice 2007/08 - Adoption of Amendments to National Instrument 21-101 Marketplace Operation and Companion Policy 21-101CP Marketplace Operation and National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules and Companion Policy 23-101CP Trading Rules (collectively, the ATS rules)
The Commission announces that it has adopted amendments to the ATS rules effective March 1, 2007.
