- BC Notice 2007/18 - Adoption of National Instrument 24-101 Institutional Trade Matching and Settlement and Related Documents
National Instrument 24-101: The Commission announces that it has adopted National Instrument 24-101 Institutional Trade Matching and Settlement with related forms and companion policy effective April 1, 2007, This instrument sets out for certain market participants requirements to establish, maintain, and enforce policies and procedures designed to achieve matching of institutional trades no later than the end of the day on trade day, and for registered dealers requirements regarding settlement.
This instrument exempts certain market participants from filing NI 24-101 forms in British Columbia.
