- CSA Staff Notice 44-304 - Linked Notes Distributed under Shelf Prospectus System
This CSA Staff Notice provides guidance to issuers who are using the shelf prospectus system in National Instrument 44-102 Shelf Distributions for equity linked note offerings. It helps issuers understand their obligations to make full, true and plain disclosure for these types of offerings and describes the process regulators will use to review these offerings so they can be sold to investors.

- Notice of BCSC Non-Objection: MFDA hearing panels (Section 19.9 of By-law No. 1)
The BCSC and the other recognizing regulators have approved or not objected to the MFDA's proposal to amend section 19.9 of By-law No. 1. The MFDA's proposal will allow a hearing panel to consist of two members if an industry representative is unable to continue serving on the hearing panel, provided that one of the remaining members is the appointed public representative.
