  • BC Notice 2007/28 - Notice and Request for Comment Proposed National Policy 11-202 Process for prospectus reviews in multiple jurisdictions and proposed National Policy 11-203 Process for exemptive relief applications in multiple jurisdictions and related repeals

    This notice publishes for comment proposed national policies that would replace the existing mutual reliance review system policies for prospectuses and exemptive relief applications. The proposed policies describe new processes for making national regulatory decisions based on the proposed passport system and proposed interfaces between the passport jurisdictions and Ontario. The comment period ends on October 30, 2007.

  • CSA Notice 51-325 - Status of Proposed Repeal and Substitution of Form 51-102F6 Statement of Executive Compensation

    This notice provides an update on the status of the CSA's review of executive compensation disclosure requirements. Proposed amendments to Form 51-102F6 were published for comment on March 29, 2007 (reference BCN 2007/14).
