  • BC Notice 2007/30 -  Advance Notice of Amendments to National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities, Form 51-101F1 Statement of Reserves Data and Other Oil and Gas Information, Form 51-101F2 Report on Reserves Data by Independent Qualified Reserves Evaluator or Auditor, Form 51-101F3 Report of Management and Directors on Oil and Gas Disclosure,  and Companion Policy 51-101CP Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities

    This notice announces the publication of a BC notice of amendments to NI 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities and related documents.  The amendments eliminate or clarify certain existing requirements for reporting issuers required to make oil and gas reserve disclosure.  The amendments are in effect December 28, 2007.

  • BC Notice 2007/31 - Advance Notice of Rescission of National Policy 48 Future-Oriented Financial Information, and Amendments to National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations, and Related Consequential Amendments

    This BC Notice attaches a CSA notice announcing our intention to adopt amendments to NI 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations to include requirements for forward-looking information disclosure effective December 31, 2007.  It also announces the rescission of National Policy 48 Future-oriented Financial Information and other related changes.

  • BC Notice 2007/32 - Advance Notice of Amendments to National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations, Form 51-102F2 Annual Information Form,  Form 51-102F5 Information Circular and Companion Policy 51-102CP Continuous Disclosure Obligations

    This BC Notice attaches a CSA notice announcing our intention to adopt a number of housekeeping amendments to NI 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations, some of its related forms, and other related instruments which require similar changes. These amendments update certain references to certain organizations and to streamline and clarify some requirements.  This Notice and CSA notice are also publishing further changes to NI 51-102 and other related instruments for comment. These proposed changes would harmonize certain requirements with those in the Canada Business Corporations Act, and would remove certain carve-outs to further harmonize the continuous disclosure obligations among CSA jurisdictions.
