- CSA Staff Notice 24-305 - Frequently Asked Questions About NI 24-101 - Institutional Trade Matching and Settlement and Related Companion Policy
NI 24-101 came into force on April 1, 2007 with various transitional provisions coming into force on October 1, 2007. The instrument aims to achieve
same-day (T+0) trade matching for institutional trades. The purpose of this FAQ is to help registrants and market participants understand and comply
with 24-101. The FAQ is also designed to answer common questions and concerns about the instruments. The BCSC continues to participate in the CSA-industry working group to identify issues and questions regarding 24-101.
