  • BC Notice 2008/24 - Notice of Conditions of Registration for Investment Dealers that Trade in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets

    This BC notice announces the publication and expected implementation in BC of conditions of registration for investment dealers that trade in the U.S. over-the-counter markets and related BC Interpretation Note 33-705. It describes changes made to the conditions following their publication for comment on October 29, 2007, as well as the process for affected registrants to exercise their right to be heard before the Executive Director imposes the conditions. Written submissions must be received on or before June 12, 2008.

  • BC Notice 2008/25 - Notice and Second Request for Comments British Columbia Instrument 51-509 Issuers Quoted in the U.S. Over-the-Counter Markets

    This notice re-publishes for comment a proposed rule for the regulation of issuers whose securities trade in the US over-the-counter markets. We are also publishing the proposed companion policy and forms for comment. The comment period expires on June 13, 2008.
