    Notice for British Columbia Instrument 22-502 Registration by the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada. This notice announces that the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) conducts registration activities on behalf of the BCSC.

  • BC Notice 2008/28 - Recognition of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) Notice of Approval

    This notice announces that effective June 1, 2008, the British Columbia Securities Commission recognizes the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) as a self-regulatory body.  IIROC is the new entity resulting from the combination of two existing self-regulatory bodies, Market Regulation Services and the Investment Dealers Association.
