- BCN 2008/41 - Adoption of amendments to National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure and related amendments
This notice announces the adoption of amendments to National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure and related consequential amendments. These amendments primarily modify the requirements for calculating the net asset value of a mutual fund to address the impact of the introduction of s. 3855 of the CICA Handbook. The amendments also update or clarify certain other provisions of NI 81-106 and related instruments or policies. The amendments are effective on September 8, 2008.
