- Public Companies: Financing, Governance and Compliance - February 2009
Twice a year BCSC staff participate in the Public Companies: Financing, Governance and Compliance course as instructors, guest speakers, and registrants. The Public Companies course, offered through Simon Fraser University (SFU) Continuing Studies, is designed to provide directors, officers, and senior management of public companies with the information they need to fulfill their roles while complying with the complex system of securities regulation.
