- CSA Staff Notice 33-314 - International Financial Reporting Standards and Registrants
The CSA is publishing CSA Staff Notice 33-314 International Financial Reporting Standards and Registrants to provide guidance to registrants about how the changeover to IFRS will apply to them. The Staff Notice is directed to registrants that are not members of the IIROC or the MFDA (non-SRO registrants). The Staff Notice advises that staff propose that all non-SRO registrants will be required to changeover to IFRS for financial years commencing on or after January 1, 2011.
