  • BCN 2009/13 - Electronic filing of reports of exempt distribution

This notice announces the adoption, effective July 30, 2009, of BC Instrument 13-502 Electronic filing of reports of exempt distribution and its related companion policy. BCI 13-502 requires issuers who file a report of exempt distribution and pay fees in connection with that report to do so electronically through BCSC e-services.

  • CSA Staff Notice 51-312 - Harmonized Continuous Disclosure Review Program

    In 2004 staff (we) of the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) established a harmonized program for continuous disclosure reviews (the CDR program). The goal of the program is to improve the completeness, quality and timeliness of continuous disclosure (CD) by reporting issuers in Canada.

In July 2004, we issued CSA Staff Notice 51-312, which described the new program. This revised notice updates issuers, investors and other market participants on the CDR program.  It also gives an overview of how the CDR program works.

The Commission is publishing for comment for 90 days proposed amendments to the MFDA's Rules of Procedure.  The comment period expires on October 29, 2009.
