  • BC Notice 2010/04 - Adoption of amendments to National Instrument 21-101 Marketplace Operation and National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules, and their companion policies

    This notice announces the adoption of amendments to National Instrument 21-101, Marketplace Operation and National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules, and their companion policies. The amendments require filling all visible, immediately accessible, better-priced limit orders before limit orders at inferior prices, regardless of the marketplace where the order is entered. These order-protection amendments will be effective February 1, 2011. Other amendments include a prohibition on intentionally locking or crossing markets and are effective January 28, 2010.

  • BC Notice 2010/05 - Solicitation of New Members for the Securities Law Advisory Committee

    The notice announces that the Commission is looking for new members of SLAC. We require resumes by March 2, 2010 from those who are interested in being appointed to the committee.

  • BC Notice 2010/06 - Solicitation of New Members for the Securities Policy Advisory Committee

    The notice announces that the Commission is looking for new members of SPAC. We require resumes by March 2, 2010 from those who are interested in being appointed to the committee.
