- BC Notice 2010/04 - Adoption of amendments to National Instrument 21-101 Marketplace Operation and National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules, and their companion policies
This notice announces the adoption of amendments to National Instrument 21-101, Marketplace Operation and National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules, and their companion policies. The amendments require filling all visible, immediately accessible, better-priced limit orders before limit orders at inferior prices, regardless of the marketplace where the order is entered. These order-protection amendments will be effective February 1, 2011. Other amendments include a prohibition on intentionally locking or crossing markets and are effective January 28, 2010. - BC Notice 2010/05 - Solicitation of New Members for the Securities Law Advisory Committee
