Fanrong Capital, purportedly with an office in Hong Kong and an offshore office in Panama, provides hedge fund management through different investment strategies.

We recently became aware that a Fanrong Capital sent an unsolicited e-mail message to a British Columbia (BC) resident.

Fanrong Capital is not registered in BC to trade in, or advise on, securities or exchange contracts.

We urge BC residents to exercise extreme caution when dealing with firms that are not registered to trade or advise in BC.
