We recently became aware of the websites of the Investment Club, an entity that purports to offer an investment opportunity that pays monthly dividends and has a minimum return of 15%.  The Investment Club is based in Bakersfield, California.

The Investment Club has not filed a prospectus or an exempt distribution report in British Columbia (BC), and is not registered to trade in, or advise on, securities or exchange contracts in BC.
