51-355 - CSA Staff Notice 51-355 Continuous Disclosure Review Program Activities for the fiscal years ended March 31, 2018 and March 31, 2017

This notice summarizes the results of the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) Continuous Disclosure Review Program of reporting issuers other than investment funds for the fiscal years ended March 31, 2018 and March 31, 2017. It also highlights certain elements to assist reporting issuers with their reporting requirements as applicable to financial statements, management’s discussion and analysis and other regulatory filings.
45-106 - CSA Notice of Amendments to National Instrument 45-106 Prospectus Exemptions and Change to Companion Policy 45-106CP Prospectus Exemptions relating to Reports of Exempt Distribution

The Canadian Securities Administrators are making amendments to National Instrument 45-106 and its related Companion Policy to provide greater clarity and flexibility regarding certification requirement and streamline certain information requirements. Subject to obtaining required ministerial approval, the amendments will come into force on October 5, 2018.
BC Notice 2018/06 - Specification of Template for Schedule 1 of Form 45-106F1 Report of Exempt Distribution

Pursuant to section 182(1) of the Securities Act, the Executive Director specifies that Form 45-106F1 Schedule 1 template is the form acceptable for filing Schedule 1 of Form 45-106F1 (Confidential Purchaser Information). The template is effective as of October 5, 2018.
