The BCSC is publishing for comment proposed amendments to BC Instrument 13-502 Electronic filing of reports of exempt distribution to require all reports of exempt distribution to be filed in the BCSC eServices system, including reports filed on an annual basis by investment funds. The comment period expires on November 20, 2018.
