As a result of the coming into force of the Electronic Transactions Act, S.B.C. 2001, c. 10, the Executive Director has published BCIN 31-702. This BCIN describes how the Executive Director will provide confirmation of registration.
Consequently, the Executive Director has revoked BCI 31-502. The order revoking this BCI is attached as Schedule A.
